Assistant Installation Manager

Rite Rug has been one of the largest privately owned flooring companies for over 90 years! We are looking for an Assistant Installation Manager to join our team! Rite Rug offers competitive wages and a full benefits package.POSITION SUMMARY:To ensure the customer has the best possible experience when have their new floors installed.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic regionManage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the processAbility to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end resultTroubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customerWork closely with retail sales team to understand the customer’s needsMust display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issuesPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:1. Have earned a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.2. Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.3. Must have exceptional customer services skills4. Team Player5. Adaptable to change6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills7. Clean driving record8. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required9. Be able to lift at least 25 pounds10.
