Location: Montvale, NJ / South Hills, NJ / Edison, NJ / Hybrid
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
Engage with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business and functional requirements.
Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.
Agile & DevOps Practices
Work within Agile frameworks.
Use tools like Azure DevOps or Jira to manage backlogs, user stories, and tasks.
Communication & Documentation Tools
Proficient in Visio, Excel, Word for creating process flows, wireframes, and documentation.
Data & Reporting Understanding
Collaborate on reporting/dashboard requirements.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools.
