Receptionist Pomona, NY$20/hrThe Corporate Office of Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join us in Pomona, NY.This is a full-time, entry-level role with light phone responsibilities (single line) and general administrative support duties, including making copies, printing reports, light data entry, and other clerical tasks. We're looking for someone who:Enjoys working in a friendly, positive work environmentHas a high school diploma or equivalentBrings recent customer service or clerical/administrative experienceIs comfortable with basic computer skills (MS Office - especially Excel; ability to learn new software is a plus)Is familiar with standard office equipment (copier, printer, fax, etc.)Maintains a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times Position Details:Fully in-person - No remote or work-from-home optionsSchedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMSalary: $20/hrFull-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits packageNote: This is a corporate headquarters role, we do not provide patient care services here If this sounds like a good fit for you, we'd love to hear from you!Learn more about us at: sternrehab.com
