And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Edge to Cloud Solution Architect will advise our large ensuers and OEMs across their OT and IT layers, Connected Enterprise and IIoT layers as part of a co-innovation program.Contribute in development of Emulate 3D Models for customers' manufacturing environmentsWork on cloud technologies with Hyperscalers such as Nvidia OmniverseParticipate in working on Microsoft IoT Operations, MS IoT Hub, MS AzureML, and others.Engage with customers on their Data-Repositorization (MS and 3rd Party)Understand Rockwell Logix platform (Studio 5000 Logix Designer, FactoryTalk Design Studio)Understand and Use FactoryTalk Optix (HMI / edge application platform)Understand FactoryTalk Data Mosaix (industrial data platform)Contribute in configutations including Plex MES and Fiix CMMS (enterprise applications)You will report to the Director, Common Connected Applications and work in the USYour Responsibilities:Build Models and Applications using Emulate3D and Analytics Applications in Python and othersBuild edge-to-cloud integrations using DataMosaix, Plex, and FiixUse Time-Series Databases and Data Visualization ToolsDevelop Requirements from the understanding of Manufacturing SystemsDefine architectures from Logix control layer to cloudAlign control data models with enterprise and cloud solutionsApply cloud-native architecturesUse OPC UA companion specifications where applicableDesign data models using Smart Objects, FT Optix and FT DataMosaixIntegrate Logix, historian, and enterprise dataPromote analytics and predictive use casesUnderstand / Integrate Industrial automation systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA)Advise on usage of FactoryTalk Optix, DataMosaix, Plex, and FiixTranslate complex architectures into solutionsThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Typically requires 8 years of related experience.JavaScript / TypeScript / PythonC# / .NETMicroservices, APIs, container-based systemsTechnical and business writingProficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with a data warehouse like Snowflake, RedHat Openshift, or SparkUnderstanding of InfluxDB / Grafana DashboardingUnderstanding of MQTT/ Kafka Data IntegrationWhat We Offer:Health Insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision401kPaid Time offParental and Caregiver LeaveFlexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to enjoy a work schedule that can be flexible with your personal life.To learn more about our benefits package, please visit at position is part of a job family.
