Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery, travel assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, United States. Start date 07/27/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay range $3,649–$3,960 per week with guaranteed 48 hours per week. Night shift consisting of 4x12-hour shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am). Hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to obstetric patients, including labor, delivery, and postpartum care
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications, and implement unit protocols
- Assist during labor and delivery, support newborn care, and participate in immediate post-delivery assessment
- Collaborate with obstetric, anesthesia, neonatal, and nursing teams; document in the electronic medical record
- Maintain patient safety and comfort; respond to emergent obstetric events and assist with resuscitation as needed within ACLS/BLS/NRP guidelines
- Adhere to infection control, medication administration, and documentation standards; educate patients and families as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
- Ability to work night shift (4x12-hour shifts) in a hospital setting
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- CPR and obstetric emergency readiness as part of routine practice
