We have a small Non-Profit in San Jose, CA seeking an HR Director on a full-time basis. Client has 45 employees and growing. This is their first HR hire for the team and would report to the Executive Director. This position would be 100% onsite! Hours are 8-5pm daily Pay is up to $125K (no wiggle here as this is the 2025 budget) This Non-Profit has been using an HR Consultancy Company for the past 5 years and finally large enough where they need a full-time head count. Position would start ASAP!
