The pay range we are offering is $17-$20/hour, dependent upon education and experience. We offer full-time and part-time positions with a flexible schedule We provide the training and supervision necessary to receive your certificate as a Registered Behavior Technician We provide the necessary training and supervision towards being a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits for full-time employees We also provide paid time off Requirements Must possess a bachelor’s degree in behavior health, social work, psychology or related field. And, at least 1,000 hours of working with individuals with autism or related conditions. OR have an associate degree and 2,000 hours of working individuals with autism or related field. OR – at least 4,000 hours of working with individuals with autism or related field. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Physical abilities to work with individuals with challenging behaviors Speak, write, read and/or communicate fluently in the English language Ability to exhibit professionalism with clients and colleagues Responsibilities Provide direct ABA Therapy to clients in their homes and/or in the center Provide Family and Caregiver Training and counseling to the families of the clients Compile and preserve data on treatment and progress of the clients Monitor and complete Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) Drive between clients’ homes and the office as needed Clinical Supervisor: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) The Position We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. We offer a flexible schedule, with duties that can be performed weekly, biweekly, or monthly We provide the option to complete many of the job responsibilities via phone or telemedicine Requirements Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). A Master’s Degree in applied behavior analysis, mental health, psychology or a related field Capacity and equipment to communicate with management, staff, and clients’ families via phone or telemedicine Ability to exhibit professionalism with clients and colleagues Responsibilities Train our clinical staff (Senior Lead and Lead Behavior Therapists) weekly or biweekly utilizing ABA principles on Mondays from 4pm-5pm CST (open to negotiation), to Create operationally defined goals and objectives Execute those goals and objectives using the discrete trial method and pivotal response training methods Provide observation and direction to staff via telemedicine Clinical Manager: Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) The Position We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Professional. The pay range we are offering is negotiable, dependent upon education and experience. We offer a flexible schedule, with duties that can be performed weekly, biweekly, or monthly We provide the option to complete many of the job responsibilities via phone or telemedicine Positions can be full-time, part-time, contracted, or as a based consultant Requirements Master’s degree in behavior health, psychology, social work, special education or related field Must hold a valid and current MN license in mental health (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychology).
