Texas Health Action is seeking a PrEP Retention Specialist to engage patients, support adherence to PrEP protocols, and coordinate with clinical staff across Texas. The role focuses on reminders, access to medication, and barrier removal to improve retention and health outcomes. The position requires a background in HIV prevention, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse communities.
