Mosaic tile floors, stone columns and fabric-covered wall panels are complemented by heavy beamed ceilings, hand-blown chandeliers, and curvy wrought-iron railings. The eclectic menu is inspired by a combination of American, French, Italian and Greek cuisines. Mediterranean Euro bites share the menu with oak-fired pizzas baked in our own brick oven, rich, creative pasta dishes and an array of the freshest seafood dishes and innovative meat entrees.

Restaurant Sous Chef

If you’re looking for a management opportunity where you can add a touch of magic to everything you do, and you have knowledge of current restaurant industry trends, let's talk!

You must possess culinary creativity, strong knowledge of local, state and federal food sanitation regulations, comfortable providing direction and supervision to kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of full service restaurant culinary management experience.
• Upscale casual dining experience is preferred
• Culinary school graduate is a plus but not a requirement.

In this SC role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams along with assistant manager roles and duties working as a member of the restaurant management team. KM, Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience is preferred in this Heart of House role.
