Operations Processor

Chief of Staff KC has partnered with a reputable company in the Kansas City area to fill an Operations Processor role on their License, Title & Renewals team. This is a critical position focused on accurate documentation, state compliance, and timely processing of vehicle licensing and renewal transactions. What You'll Do

• Review and process state-specific licensing, title, and renewal transactions in compliance with jurisdictional requirements
• Verify document accuracy and resolve discrepancies or processing issues
• Prepare applications and supporting documentation for timely submission
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners via email and Zendesk
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending items to meet SLA expectations
• Support team KPIs and contribute to a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED required; valid driver's license required
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize high-volume work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills preferred
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is a plus
• Background in automotive, transportation, or logistics is a plus - but not required
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
