We're looking for compassionate Resident Assistants to support seniors with daily care needs while promoting dignity, independence, and a safe, welcoming environment.What You'll Do:Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and mealsReport changes in resident condition and ensure accurate documentationHelp maintain a clean, safe living environmentSupport social activities, light housekeeping, and laundryRespond promptly to resident needs and emergenciesWhat We're Looking For:Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing preferredA caring attitude and respect for seniorsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsStrong communication and teamwork skills
