Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Store Maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and inviting store environment that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

• Maintain a respectful and supportive work environment with peers.

• Adhere to all store operational policies and procedures.

• Follow safety protocols and general housekeeping procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers and employees.

• Stock and maintain products on shelves and in coolers following FIFO and other established procedures.

• Ensure cleanliness and appearance in all areas of the store, including restrooms, self-serve areas, shelves, floors, windows, and customer-facing areas.

• Maintain cleanliness of the exterior of the store, including cleaning pumps, filling wiper fluid buckets, sweeping/shoveling sidewalks, and monitoring wastebaskets.

• Perform property inspections, monitoring for ice, potholes, and debris on the premises.

• Review Store Communication Board daily for important updates and/or information.

• Perform tasks and procedures utilizing all SOPs and handbooks.

• Adhere to Dandy’s employee attendance and punctuality policy.

• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Skills Required:

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience a plus, but not necessary.

• Availability to work holidays, weekends, overtime, or non-standard hours.

• Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance according to Dandy’s dress code policy.

• Ability to represent yourself and TEAM Dandy positively and respectfully.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
