Occupational Therapist (OTR) - Per Diem Position

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a talented and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team on a per diem basis. About the Role:

As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OTR) , you will be responsible for:

• Providing occupational therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness

• Creating and implementing effective therapy plans to address cognitive, physical, and emotional needs

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current licensure Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Missouri

• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
