Executive Advisor

Boston, Massachusetts, United States The Pioneers The Pioneers is looking for an executive advisor to join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. Responsibilities Advise and propose solutions to the organization's president and board members. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the president's direct reports, senior management, and other members. Using a strong foundation in leadership skills, work to understand the risks of decision‑making, and assess the external environment related to internal environment culture, competencies, technologies and culture with a view to provide recommendations and guidance. Support the Strategic planning & goal setting processes. Challenge and be used as a sounding board for senior management. To have access to external networks to obtain relevant market intelligence and use appropriately to support decision making. Participates in the organization's training events as required. Write speeches that compel audiences to think, feel or act. Helping to create and maintain a healthy organization culture whilst continually promoting, supporting and developing organizational excellence through the Executive's office. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Experience as an advisor to managers and senior management. Autonomy, thoroughness and attention to detail.
