Position SummaryAs an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our logistics and inventory operations, ensuring the efficient flow of equipment and materials within our warehouse. You’ll support the operations teams by keeping inventory accurate, organized, and ready for deployment to live events. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help maintain NEP’s high standards of reliability and excellence
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming shipments of broadcast equipment and materials.
- Scan and deliver incoming equipment to the proper in-house shops for repair and maintenance
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for inbound delivery to production sites.
- Create maintenance tickets for broken assets when necessary
- Assist with setting up inbound and outbound shipments using FedEx or SOS
- Maintain accurate inventory records using asset management systems.
- Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely and correct equipment handling.
- Assist in the restock of our mobile units before they leave the warehouse.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and maintaining order in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- You’ll bring your practical knowledge, efficiency, and communication skills to help the team perform at its best every day.
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed and work flexible hours for live events.
