Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical, compassionate, and professional individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients to share their experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). No limited or provisional licenses will be considered.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion towards clients.

• Strong proficiency in computer use, including familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience as a licensed mental health therapist is required, candidates with additional experience in specific modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or trauma-informed care, will be highly regarded. Experience working with adults in a remote environment will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
