For we are looking forward for you as Location Fort Worth, TX Area Sales Manager Your tasks: You will develop and execute sales activities to grow business within your assigned region or customer groupYou will identify new market opportunities and expand existing customer relationshipsYou will advise customers on products and solutions, working closely with internal experts when needed You will prepare and follow up on offers, lead negotiations, and support contract agreements You will conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and trainings to strengthen partnerships You will analyze market trends and competitor activity to support sales and marketing strategies Your profile: You have a degree in electrical engineering or relevant hands-on experience in the electrical power industry You have at least 5 years of experience in energy technology, substations, transformers, or similar fieldsYou have a sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills You have strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plusYou take ownership of your work and bring a proactive, solution-oriented approachYou are willing to travel frequently (up to 50%) and engage directly with customers We look forward to receiving your informative application, stating your salary expectations and your position earliest possible entry date.
