Using Mitchell1 software for billing and giving price quotes. Following up with customers to ensure they’re happy. Coordinating with technicians on job assignments. Managing store inventory Ordering parts Qualifications Must have 5+ years of prior experience in the automotive field. Must have experience working in an independent shop.
