Flexible Mobile Peer Care Manager - Recovery Navigator

Greater Mental Health of New York is seeking a Peer Care Manager in White Plains, NY. This position is essential to support individuals with mental health needs through mobile, community-based care. The Peer Care Manager will engage in case management, provide peer support, and assist clients in their recovery journey. Qualified candidates will need certification as a New York Peer Specialist and possess strong client engagement skills, as well as a commitment to trauma-informed practices.
