Service AdvisorLocation: Inver Grove Heights, MinnesotaCompany: I-State Truck Centers Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm.We're growing and looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Inver Grove Heights Minnesota team. If you love solving problems, building relationships, and keeping heavy-duty trucks rolling, this is your opportunity!Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00/ Hour DOEService Advisors play a critical role in our operations. They are responsible for building strong customer relationships by consulting with customers regarding their service needs. Together with the technicians, a Service Advisor ascertains the cause of the issue(s) that prompted a given customer's visit, works to address and resolve those issues. We're looking for a strong person to support our truck customers by providing exceptional service through a strong understanding of the truck service industry.
