Week 1: Sunday 2p-9p, Thursday Friday 3p-9p Week 2: Monday Friday 3p-9p, Sa 2p-9p

Must have driver's license for 1 year post permit.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: No High School Diploma required
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
