SPEECH THERAPIST (SLP) Cedar River Healthcare Center Pay: $40.00–$55.00 per hour Schedule: All shifts available Cedar River Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team! If you are passionate about helping residents improve their communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, we would love to meet you. WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive pay: $40.00–$55.00 per hour Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities All shifts available Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Meaningful work that makes a difference in residents’ lives KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate residents’ speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide skilled therapy services based on each resident’s needs and goals Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate residents, families, caregivers, and team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and interdisciplinary care teams Follow all applicable professional, state, federal, and facility guidelines QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington Current CPR certification, as required Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting is preferred, but not required A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care Join the Cedar River Healthcare Center team and help our residents regain confidence, independence, and quality of life!
