College coursework, continuing technical education or comparable business experience is a plus.Previous mechanical experience 1 to 2 years.Accuracy and attention to detailAbility to use email, word-processing, spreadsheets, WMS and other applicationsAbility to accommodate flexible schedules to meet the needs of the member to include nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work in warehouse environment which includes heat, cold, noise, dustUtilize equipment for the job safely and accurately after training (such as computer, handheld tracker, copiers, scanners, printers, radio headsets, etc.Environmental Job Conditions:Independently lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionallySit, stand, walk bend, squat on a frequent to continual basis in a refrigerated warehouse environmentGrasp, reach, push or pull (such as boxes of product, or a hand truck) on a frequent basisEndurance for continuous, fast paced workFluctuating temperatures within the perishable DC including freezing temperatures as low as -20 degrees FahrenheitAble to work while wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for the job (such as steel-toed protective footwear, safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, insulated clothing, etc)Products may contain food allergens (such as fish, shellfish, peanuts, etc.)In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $23.50.
