Job DescriptionInfosys is seeking an Associate Practice Engagement Manager to drive growth within its Digital Experience practice by accelerating account mining and new business development across existing and prospective clients. Develop and maintain a robust, qualified pipeline in collaboration with vertical sales teams and through direct client engagement. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business priorities and presenting tailored, value‑driven solutions aligned to strategic objectives.Client delivery assurance: Partner closely with delivery, consulting, CTO, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs, solution design, and service executionRequired QualificationBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experienceCandidates should have worked in Sales/Pre-sales role in Adobe .Strong understanding of the service offering, value proposition and estimation for different offeringsProven experience engaging and building relationships with C‑level client stakeholdersHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsBroad exposure to IT and business consulting engagementsExperience in proposal creation, negotiation with customers/partners and collaboration with internal stakeholdersExcellent leadership, communication, and presentation skillsCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
