Cath Lab Tech Radiology / Cardiology

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cath Lab Tech specializing in radiology and cardiology, where your expertise will directly impact patient care and outcomes. Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience Structural Heart Scrub experience (mandatory) Recent TAVR, MitraClip, CTO, and Watchman procedure experience within the past 6 months Proficiency in Scrubbing, Monitoring, PA Lines, and Telemetry Cath Lab procedures including Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left & Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablader Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and either RCIS or ARRT certification Ability to circulate, start IVs, and perform conscious sedation EKG rhythm interpretation skills Nice to Have Skills Experience with Watchman procedures, Septal closure, Ablations, Coil Embolization, Filter Placement Knowledge of EKG settings and rhythm interpretation Experience in complex PCIs and advanced structural procedures Preferred Education and Experience Certification as RCIS or ARRT Prior experience in high‑acuity, complex cardiac labs Demonstrated ability to handle multi‑procedure environments Other Requirements Shift: 4 days/week, 10‑hour days (07:00 - 17:30) Start date: 05/13/2026 (tentative; contingent on training schedules) Availability for callback, weekend call, and occasional floating Clearance to work in a strict procedural environment with no restrictions Must be fully available for orientation; any missed training may delay start Compensation Hourly Pay Rate: $63.77 Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
