About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Senior Cloud Data Architect & Migration Leader to spearhead the enterprise-scale cloud data migration strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for modernizing legacy data platforms into secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud-native data capabilities that meet operational, AI, advanced analytics, and regulatory requirements. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience, with at least 5 years in leading data platform modernization or cloud migration initiatives. Essential qualifications include a proven track record in defining and executing enterprise roadmaps, migration strategies, and measurable business outcomes. The role requires deep knowledge of cloud data environments, agile methodologies, and experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Desired characteristics include experience in financial services or fintech, proficiency in cloud platforms, and a background in AI, machine learning, and data-driven models.
