We're looking for a dedicated Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to join our healthcare team in Grandview. Whether you're an experienced professional or newly certified, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career in one of the largest and most dynamic cities in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic Testing: Perform blood, body fluid, and tissue analysis with accuracy
- Lab Equipment Management: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab instruments
- Collaborative Care: Provide accurate, timely results to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment
- Compliance & Quality Control: Adhere to CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory requirements
What You'll Need:
- Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
- MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
- Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork
