The unit provides comprehensive nursing care, daily therapeutic and recreational activities, and a wide range of supportive services. Team members in Hall 1 are expected to be compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. Job Summary Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or Director of Nursing, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents by applying fundamental nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills. The LPN assists in the development and implementation of individualized care plans to meet residents’ clinical and psychosocial needs. This role also supports daily unit operations and may assume leadership responsibilities at the unit level as needed.
