Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant | Hybrid in Columbus, OH Tailored Management is seeking a Senior Accountant to support our CFO in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, forecasting, and business analysis initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys combining technical accounting expertise with financial analysis and executive partnership. You will play a key role in providing financial visibility, identifying trends, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping drive business performance. Key Responsibilities Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain internal controls Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and investigate variances Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations Develop executive reporting and present financial findings to stakeholders Identify process improvements and support special projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis Experience in professional services, staffing, consulting, or small-to-mid-sized organizations preferred What We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach Join a growing organization where you'll have direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence key business decisions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tailored Management
