Senior Accountant

An international industry leader is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing corporate accounting team in a hybrid work environment. This role offers strong visibility across the organization and a clear path to promotion into an Accounting Manager position within the next year. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in corporate accounting, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience working within large ERP systems. Manufacturing industry experience is preferred, particularly on the corporate accounting side. Responsibilities Lead and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting packages Review work completed by staff accountants and provide guidance and mentorship Partner closely with Finance and operational leadership to support reporting and analysis Assist with process improvements and accounting efficiencies within the ERP environment Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Support internal and external audit requests Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience with large ERP systems strongly preferred Manufacturing industry experience is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Highlights Hybrid work environment High visibility role with leadership exposure Clear growth path to Accounting Manager Strong compensation and benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr Kellogg Staffing
