Senior Accountant$80-90kOn-Site, Springfield OhioCES has partnered with a leading wholesale distribution company in Springfield, Ohio. They are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with month end close experience. The company is flexible and family oriented. Range is 80-90k.Responsibilities:Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and timely production of monthly financial statementsMonitor actual spending against budgeted allocations and provide variance analysisEnsure compliance with GAAP standards and company accounting policiesDevelop, implement, and maintain internal controls to minimize risk of errors, omissions, and fraudCoordinate with the accounting team to ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed accurately and on scheduleAssist with the preparation of the annual budgetQualifications:Bachelor 's degree in accounting preferredProven experience in financial reporting and general ledger managementStrong knowledge of GAAPExperience developing and enforcing internal controlsExcellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skillsBenefits:Medical & Prescription coverageDental & Vision CoverageHospital & Accident CoverageCompany Paid Basic Life Insurance (Employee, Spouse, & Children)Company Paid Short-Term & Long-Term DisabilityAdditional Group Life InsurancePaid Time Off (Immediately Available Upon Hire)Holiday PayTraditional & Roth 401k Options w/ annual company matchEmployee Referral Program
