Senior Accountant

Senior AccountantRedi.Health is looking for a Senior Accountant to support the Controller and CFO in scaling our accounting and finance function as a high-growth healthcare technology company. This is a hands-on hybrid role, split between owning core month-end accounting processes and supporting forward-looking finance work like forecasting and P&L reporting. You'll partner closely with the Controller, CFO, and cross-functional teams to keep our financial reporting accurate, timely, and audit-ready as we grow.Essential Functions & DutiesLead the monthly close process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP across revenue recognition, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payablePrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statementsReconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules (fixed assets, prepaids, accruals)Support proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including deferred revenue schedulesOwn daily cash management, including bank transaction matching, sources and uses tracking, and covenant/compliance monitoring to ensure accurate real-time cash visibilityControls & ComplianceAssist the Controller in implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policiesAssist with external audits and other regulatory compliance requirements, including documentation and PBC list managementSupport income tax and sales tax compliance activities as neededFinance & ReportingAssist in forecasting and enhancing program P&L reportingSupport annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, including budget-vs-actual variance analysisProvide ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-makingSystems & Process ImprovementSupport ERP system optimization and transitionApply AI-assisted tools to automate and streamline tasksDrive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to support scalabilityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experienceStrong command of US GAAP, particularly revenue recognition (ASC 606)Experience with ERP systems and process automation toolsBenefits & PerksYou will have immediate impact from day one.
