This position offers strong visibility within the finance team and close partnership with leadership, making it ideal for someone who takes ownership, values accuracy, and enjoys improving processes in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and approve complex journal entries and balance sheet reconciliationsProduce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial reportsPrepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedulesSupport audit planning and execution; serve as a key liaison with auditors and external partnersPartner closely with the Assistant Controller on core accounting functions and special initiativesManage close timelines, compliance requirements, and assess accounting-related risksOversee financial reporting responsibilities for assigned business units or functionsCollaborate cross-functionally to enhance reporting accuracy, controls, and processesEffectively prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required2+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsHigh attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindsetExperience supporting audits or working in complex accounting environments preferred
