You're responsible for making sure the numbers are right, the work is done well, and the processes make sense.You'll work alongside a team to support a portfolio of growing agency clients. You won't just "do" accounting - you'll design how it gets done, review the work of others, and continuously improve how we deliver it.This role is ideal for someone who has built a strong foundation in public accounting or industry and wants more ownership, more variety, and more room to grow.What You'll DoExecute key accounting deliverables, especially high-complexity accruals and estimatesOversee and review the day-to-day accounting work performed by junior team membersPropose solutions to technical accounting and operational challenges as they ariseHelp design and improve client workflows, close processes, and system setupsIdentify issues, errors, or inefficiencies and proactively fix themPartner with Controllers and Advisors to support client reporting and special projectsDocument processes and help standardize how we deliver great accountingWhat We're Looking For2–3+ years of accounting experience (ideally in big 4 / public accounting audit)Solid understanding of core accounting principles and month-end closeHigh attention to detail and a strong sense of ownershipComfort working in spreadsheets, cloud accounting systems, and modern toolsCuriosity, adaptability, and a desire to keep getting betterCPA or CPA-track is a strong plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary aligned to role and experiencePerformance-based raises and promotion opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan - 4% matchPaid parental leaveCompany-paid laptop and home office setupUnlimited paid time off – we care about results, not clock-watchingPaid holidaysHybrid and remote-friendly work environment
