If you're detail-driven, dedicated, and ready to join a team that values excellence, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Prepare timely and accurate journal entriesResponsible for general ledger account reconciliationsUnderstanding of Cash, A/R, A/P, & Prepaids balance sheet reconciliationsPerform internal review and reporting of financial dataResponsible for recording and reconciling Intercompany transactionsResponsible for Fixed Asset accounting and depreciation schedulesAssist with month-end close proceduresAssist with audit requestsAssist with other accounting functions as requestedDocument work fully and accuratelyOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in accountingPrevious experience with monthly financial close proceduresConstruction industry a plusProficiency with general ledger software (particularly Acumatica and Velixo)User requirements gathering and report design projectsExcellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)Physical Demands:This position is primarily sedentary and performed in a professional office environment. The employee must be able to remain seated for prolonged periods, operate a computer and other office equipment, and perform repetitive motions such as typing and using a mouse. The role may occasionally require standing, walking, bending, and lifting light office supplies of up to 15 pounds.
