Mainframe Prod Support Engineer

Job Title

Should possess experience in driving Mainframe Systems in PROD Operations out of which should possess at least 2 to 3 years of experience in leading a PROD Support team. Should have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in COBOL, JCL, CA7, and DB2. Telecom Billing experience will be an added advantage. Should be willing to work in 24 * 7 shifts (across three shifts). Should be good in troubleshooting and coming up with RCA by adhering to SLA defined. Should have experience in collaborating with multiple teams and drive the live bridge calls to successful issue resolution across different teams. Should possess experience in arriving at SOP for PROD Support. Should possess experience in understanding batch jobs. Should be well versed with different reporting mechanisms.
