We are hiring a Salesforce Architect (RCA + Agentforce) – for one of our consulting clients The contract is 40 hours/week, fully remote (US or Canada), working CST hours. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) solutions tailored to business needs Configure Salesforce (standard/custom objects, relationships, validation rules, data integrity) Apply best practices across the Salesforce sharing model (roles, rules, record-level access) Build user-centric experiences using Lightning (layouts, dynamic forms, flows, LWC guidance) Support Agentforce implementation, enabling AI-driven automation and agent workflows Manage deployments, sandbox strategy, and release processes (change sets / DevOps tools) Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to governor limits Document technical designs, process flows, and data mappings Experience Needed: 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience Strong expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) implementations Experience working with Agentforce or Salesforce AI/agent-based solutions Proven ability to design scalable solutions and optimize cross-system business processes Experience across core Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred) Understanding of Apex (classes, triggers, scheduled jobs) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
