Key Responsibilities:
- Architect & Design Salesforce Solutions: Define and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
- Develop & Customize Applications: Leverage APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs to build robust applications.
- Integration Expertise: Work with REST, SOAP, and ETL tools to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
- Governance & Best Practices: Establish Salesforce development standards, data governance, and best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce architectural guidelines .
- Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance, scalability, and security within Salesforce environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- 13+ years of total IT experience , with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture and development .
- Expertise in Salesforce tools and technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs).
- Strong integration experience with REST, SOAP, and ETL tools .
- Experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions across multiple business functions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and best practices .
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills .
