Optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring service quality and risk mitigation.Executive Governance & ReportingOversee portfolio delivery and executive reporting, providing clear visibility into health, risks, dependencies, and business value.Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with IT, PMO, Security, Infrastructure, HR, Legal, and Finance to deliver compliant, scalable, and integrated enterprise solutions.What We're Looking ForEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline10–15 years of experience in IT or enterprise applications, with deep exposure to FP&A systems and finance processesSemiconductor industry experience supporting global Finance organizationsProven success delivering large, complex, global programs end-to-endGenAI / AI & AnalyticsPractical experience applying Generative AI (LLMs, transformers) to enterprise or analytics use casesExposure to AI-driven automation in finance workflows (forecasting, planning, analysis)Understanding of AI governance, explainability, and responsible AI practicesTechnical & Platform ExpertiseStrong experience with FP&A platforms, ERP systems, and finance applicationsKnowledge of integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and AI extensionsHands-on experience with OneStream (preferred)Leadership & ExecutionExperience building and leading high-performing global teamsStrong program execution, prioritization, and delivery disciplineDemonstrated ability to drive best-practice business and IT processesBusiness & Communication SkillsStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate business needs into scalable technology solutionsSound judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilityLeadership StyleResults-driven, high-energy, and execution-focusedComfortable operating with urgency and ambiguityWillingness to travel up to 5% as neededExpected Base Pay Range (USD)165,180 - 247,500, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
