Your Team, Your ImpactWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, FP&A to join our dynamic finance team. Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function for the Data Center Switch Business Unit (BU), which delivers high-performance Ethernet switching silicon to hyperscale cloud and AI data center customers.What You Can ExpectLead all aspects of FP&A for the Data Center Switch BU, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly close reportingDevelop and maintain financial models covering product P&Ls, gross margin, R&D opex, and headcount across the switch portfolioAnalyze revenue, margin, and operating expense trends to identify opportunities to improve financial performance, investment ROI, and capital efficiencyPartner with Engineering, Product Marketing, and Operations to translate operational drivers — design wins, ramp curves, wafer and test costs, headcount plans — into financial outcomesPrepare and present executive financial reviews covering revenue, gross margin, opex, headcount, and key business KPIs to BU and corporate leadershipLead the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting cycles for the BU, providing recommendations grounded in financial analysis and strategic prioritiesEnsure financial integrity and alignment with corporate accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting requirementsLead or contribute to strategic initiatives including M&A diligence, product line investment cases, long-range planning, and ROI analyses on major engineering programsSupervise and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, building bench strength and fostering a high-performing, development-oriented cultureStay current on semiconductor, networking, and hyperscale data center industry trends to inform forecasting assumptions and strategic decision-makingWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred10+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within the semiconductor industry5+ years of leadership experience in cost accounting, preferably within the semiconductor industryExperience building, leading and mentoring a FP&A teamProficiency in cost accounting principles, techniques, and methodologiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patternsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precisionExperience with ERP systems, particularly those used in manufacturing environments, is a plusRelocation is not offered at this timeExpected Base Pay Range (USD)119,970 - 179,700, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
