Responsibilities - Develop and execute detailed test plans; coordinate user acceptance testing to validate system functionality. - Analyze program policies and procedures to assess their impact on automated systems. - Serve as a consultative liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication, comprehensive documentation, and effective implementation of new solutions. - Reengineer system processes and identify innovative technology applications to meet evolving business needs. - Proactively identify risks; design and implement risk mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles. - Deliver regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders. - Manage service request lifecycle-respond to customer requests, coordinate business requirements, and oversee system integration and user acceptance testing. - Work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating creativity and initiative on varied, complex assignments. Required Skills and Experience - 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or equivalent role. - 5+ years' experience working with agile methodology and user story analysis, serving as a liaison between business and IT. - Direct experience with the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS) - minimum 1 year. - Proven ability to write system requirements compliant with federal child nutrition programs. - Strong organizational, task management, and communication skills. Preferred Skills - Familiarity with federal and state reporting requirements. - Advanced proficiency in process reengineering and stakeholder engagement.
