Systems Administrator

Ideal Candidate Someone with an active Secret Clearance who is comfortable working nights, navigating Linux (Windows experience is fine) environments from the command line, performing basic scripting, and supporting mission‑critical systems with minimal supervision. About the Role Seeking a System Administrator to support a defense anti‑drone cloud platform in a secure government environment. This is a hands‑on operations role focused on Linux administration, system monitoring, metrics collection, troubleshooting, and supporting mission‑critical systems during overnight hours. Must‑Haves Ability and willingness to work a permanent night shift Basic Linux administration and troubleshooting experience (Windows experience is fine too) Basic scripting experience (Bash preferred, but not required) Comfortable working from the command line Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Preferred (but not required) Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, or other container technologies Experience working in secure environments (SCIF) Familiarity with SOP-driven operations and SLA adherence Key Responsibilities Monitor Linux-based systems and dashboards for system health and performance Collect, validate, and securely transfer operational metrics from classified environments Perform basic Linux troubleshooting and support operational requests Execute established SOPs and elevate issues when required Support engineers and operations teams by gathering logs, metrics, and system information Assist with process improvements and operational efficiencies Bash scripting System monitoring and troubleshooting Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
