IT Support Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Onsite / In-Office - Boca Raton, FL

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
- Perform Mac and PC troubleshooting (Level II support) for end users, both in person and via phone or email
- Accurately document all incidents, requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system such as ManageEngine (or similar)
- Diagnose technical issues by asking targeted questions and guiding users through effective resolution steps
- Troubleshoot and repair HP printers and other office IT equipment
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2-3 remote support teams as needed, with thorough documentation
- Ensure daily computer system operations run smoothly with minimal downtime
- Install, configure, image, modify, and repair laptops, desktops, and related hardware/software
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Support and troubleshoot Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity issues
- Set up and configure computer peripherals and workstation equipment for end users
- Follow up with users to confirm issue resolution and gather feedback on system performance
- Generate reports and analyze recurring issues to support continuous improvement
