What You'll Do:
- Fabricate and weld metal components with precision using TIG welding techniques
- Set up and lay out jobs from blueprints, diagrams, and fixtures
- Inspect welds visually and ensure compliance with customer drawings and quality standards
- Follow internal quality systems, safety rules, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with team members across departments to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
- Must have experience with welding and fitting (6 months - 1 year)
- Proven TIG welding experience (must pass welding test)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and apply math skills
- Experience with tack welding, fabrication of shop aids/fixtures a plus
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Team player with effective communication skills
