Operations Coordinator

Pay: $21–23/hour Location: Fully on-site. Must reside in Texas and be able to report to the office 5 days/week. This role is NOT remote. About the Role We're hiring a hands‑on Operations Coordinator to manage the daily operational, administrative, and compliance work that keeps our team running — credentialing paperwork, licensure tracking, inbox management, records reconciliation, and cross‑team coordination. This is a generalist role : you'll be pulled across multiple functions in a single day rather than working deep in one lane. It's a great fit for someone early in their career who wants broad operational exposure and room to grow, not someone looking for a specialized analytics, data, or IT role. Key Responsibilities Operational Tracking Maintain and update key operational metrics/logs on a daily basis Ensure data entered across systems is accurate and flag inconsistencies to your manager Keep an eye on trends or recurring issues and elevate as needed Credentialing & Compliance Manage credentialing applications from preparation through submission Maintain licensure records; track expirations and renewals proactively Keep documentation accurate, complete, and audit‑ready Record Keeping & Reconciliation Maintain organized, up‑to‑date records across multiple platforms Perform routine reconciliation checks and investigate discrepancies independently Communication & Coordination Manage shared inboxes — triage and respond to requests efficiently Serve as a reliable point of contact for pharmacy partners and internal teams Coordinate intern schedules and related logistics Operations & Equipment Oversight Monitor day‑to‑day operational readiness, including equipment functionality Troubleshoot basic issues; elevate complex problems appropriately Qualifications Required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple types of tasks in a single day and prioritize effectively Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take ownership of tasks Comfort working independently while following structured processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Preferred 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative, retail, logistics, or office coordination roles (healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement) Comfort working across multiple software systems and spreadsheets Exposure to compliance, credentialing, or regulated environments Core Competencies Ownership Mindset: Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks Attention to Detail: Maintains high standards of accuracy Initiative with Judgment: Knows when to act independently vs. elevate Resourcefulness: Leverages tools and available support effectively Adaptability: Thrives in a role with evolving responsibilities Growth & Development This role is intentionally structured to grow with the individual.
