The Manager of Operations in the Health Care plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services within healthcare facilities or organizations. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing policies that enhance patient care and organizational performance. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management across multiplications or a similar leadership role within the health care industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Proven experience managing budgets, staff, and complex projects in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Certification in healthcare management such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare data analytics.
• Demonstrated success in leading change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with social assistance programs and community health partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to organizational standards.

• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to support operational goals and maintain organizational reputation.
