Responsibilities Manage and improve an established quality management system (QMS). Serve as the management representative to outside certification bodies. Administer the QMS SharePoint site and maintain compliance of all associated documents and processes. Schedule and execute the necessary internal audit program. Manage and improve all aspects of a supplier quality program, collaborating with Global Procurement Supply Chain (GPSC) to ensure pre‑production approval of purchased parts and components. Assist GPSC members in improving suppliers’ quality performance and in performing on-site audits or meetings at supplier facilities. Collaborate with GPSC for expeditious dispositioning and closure of MRRs. Receive and manage Supplier Rework Cost Recovery (SRCR) to appropriate supplier and submit for debit to Accounting. Oversee the application of product testing in all phases of manufacturing, ensuring effective implementation throughout the process. Act as primary point of contact for all quality issues related to the manufacturing of the vehicle. Communicate the quality objective of Zero Defects and establish annual goals for each area. Provide training and career development for direct reports. Champion Lean Manufacturing principles and support all safety measures and requirements. Participate daily in the Gemba/SQDC process. Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the company. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Quality, Quality Assurance, or a related field. At least seven (7) years of experience. At least one (1) year of management experience. Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally. Experience with ISO 9001:2015. Ability to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment. Standout Qualifications Master’s degree. ASQ certification: CQE, CRE, or CSQP. Lean Manufacturing 6‑Sigma. AWS training and/or certification (desired). Compensation Pay Range: $103,300.00 – $177,700.00. The above range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and equity among team members in similar positions.
