As an Actuarial Analyst, you will be part of the Pricing and Product Development department supporting the launch of new insurance products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies for new insurance products in Virginia. Develop initial rate indications and evaluate rating plans to ensure competitive and profitable offerings. Prepare actuarial support for regulatory filings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet market entry objectives. Analyze data and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes related to product pricing. Participate in ongoing market research and actuarial analysis to refine pricing models and strategies. What’s Needed? Minimum of 5 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) pricing experience. Completion of 5 or more CAS exams preferred. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
