Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

POSITION DETAILS

• Job Title: School Physical Therapist (PT)
• Location: Anoka, MN
• Contract Dates: September 2026 – December 2026
• Grade Levels: K-12
• Hours: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Pay: Competitive, based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO
------------------

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to K-12 students in a school-based setting
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, special education teachers, and school staff to support student access and independence
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress to IEP teams and families
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to promote student mobility and participation
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
------------------

Required:
• Active Minnesota Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a full-time school PT caseload independently

Preferred:
• Experience in school-based physical therapy or pediatric PT
• Familiarity with IEP processes, school-based therapy models, and IDEA compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse student populations
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary school team
