People & Culture Specialist

We’re looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join our team and help make a meaningful impact across the employee experience! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to: Support day-to-day HR operations, HRIS administration, and employee records Manage and support I-9 & E-Verify compliance, audits, and training Assist with background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding processes Support HR compliance related to EEOC, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and other regulations Serve as a resource for teammates with questions about HR policies, benefits, processes, and HRIS Support employee relations by gathering information, coordinating meetings, and documenting follow-up Help create meaningful engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives Support company communications, events, surveys, and community activities Work alongside the People & Culture team to help create an environment where teammates feel supported, valued, and connected This role is about more than HR administration. It’s about being a trusted resource for our teammates, protecting the organization through strong HR practices, and helping create an employee experience that reflects who we are.
